Rewards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to, and participation in, the Treatwell Rewards programme (the “Scheme”) which is promoted and managed by Treatwell Limited or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, ""Treatwell""):

ELIGIBILITY, SUBMISSION AND RESTRICTIONS ADDITIONAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to, and participation in, the Treatwell Rewards programme (""Treatwell Rewards""), which is operated by Treatwell Limited or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, ""Treatwell""). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Treatwell for other products or services.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Treatwell reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate Treatwell Rewards {“the Scheme”) and/or these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Scheme, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to Rewards terms and conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notification of such changes or modifications. Your continued access to and/or participation in Treatwell Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance of such changes; Therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Treatwell Rewards. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop accessing and participating in Treatwell Rewards.
ABOUT TREATWELL REWARDS
Treatwell Rewards is one way Treatwell endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for bookings via the Treatwell app or website. Treatwell Rewards Members are able to earn and accumulate ""Points"" that can be redeemed for Treatwell Rewards benefits (""Rewards"") at participating Treatwell partner salon venues.
JOINING TREATWELL REWARDS
Specific instructions on how to join Treatwell Rewards are given on our website at Rewards terms and conditions (“Websites”), or to the Treatwell mobile app (“App”). You will be required to provide personal information including (but not limited to) first name, last name, email, birth date.
Personal information which you provide to us for the purpose of creating an account and registering as a Treatwell Rewards Member will be held in accordance with Treatwells Privacy Policy and may be processed by Treatwell in the United Kingdom. Information on our Data Protection and our Privacy Policy is available on our website.
EARNING POINTS
The Rewards that are available to you through Treatwell Rewards are based on the number of Points that you earn. You may earn Points by making purchases by booking with your personal account in the Treatwell App or Treatwell Website or leaving reviews after attending your appointment, or through any other offer or initiative provided by Treatwell. The Points that you earn may vary depending on the type of venue visited, and how the venue is rated or categorised by Treatwell. Points available for each review will be shown during the review process. A maximum 1000 Points can be collected via the “Pay at venue” method. Any further points can only be collected if you pay in advance. Treatwell reserves the right to put in place any further upper limit on the number of Points that can be accrued. The Rewards available to you may be varied at any time and notified to you on the Treatwell App or Treatwell Website.
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMMES
Customers may earn Points and/or Rewards through participation in programs offered by our partner venues. Treatwell does not operate and is not responsible for these programs, which have separate and additional terms and conditions governing how Points may be earned. These will not be combined with any Points earned within the Treatwell Rewards Programme.
POINTS EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise stated, Points are automatically added to your account within forty-eight (48) hours of your eligible purchase. Points will remain in a 'pending' state until the successful completion of the appointment. Once completed, points will be 'redeemable' in your points balance within twenty four - forty eight hours (24-48) and expire three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the calendar month in which such Points were earned (the date of booking confirmation). You can view your full and current Points balance by logging into your Treatwell account here or within the “My Loyalty Rewards” section of your profile within the App. Treatwell reserves the right at any time to adjust your Points balance where it has reason to suspect fraudulent activity.
MISUSE OF POINTS
Any misuse of this Scheme, failure to follow the Program's rules, including these Consumer Terms and Conditions, whether listed below or in supplemental notices posted at various points in the Program, may result in termination of your access to and membership in the Program and all Program points you have accrued, without notice. Treatwell has full discretion to determine which acts constitute misuse of this Scheme. Treatwell further reserves its rights to any available remedies against fraudulent activity. These Consumer Terms and Conditions shall supersede all previous loyalty program rules and/or terms and conditions.
PARTICIPATION IN DIFFERENT TREATWELL COUNTRIES
Any qualifying purchase within the Scheme in countries where Treatwell Limited or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, ""Treatwell"") operate, are not subject to currency fluctuation. For example, if your account is located in the United Kingdom and you make a purchase in an alternative Treatwell country, no currency fluctuation is applied to the value of your purchase for the purpose of determining how many Points you have earned - (see Point attribution per £|€|CHF in “EARNING POINTS” above).
CANCELLATIONS
For information about how Treatwell handles booking cancellations, please read our Cancellation Policy here. Your Point balance may be impacted by cancellations as follows:
- If you void a purchase (before the cancellation period established by our partner), Treatwell will not credit the Points that you earned for that purchase.
- If you void a purchase late (outside of a venue's cancellation period) Treatwell will not credit the Points that you earned for that purchase. Treatwell reserves the right at any time to adjust your Points where it has reason to suspect that the points system is being misused.
- If you fail to attend an appointment (“No-Show”). You will not earn the points associated with that appointment. Treatwell reserves the right at any time to adjust your Points where it has reason to suspect that the points system is being misused.
- If a partner venue cancels your appointment, the points associated with that appointment will not be earned. Points in a pending state will adjust accordingly.
- If a cancellation driven by the venue is recognised as a late cancellation, you will not earn any points. Treatwell reserves the right at any time to adjust your Points where it has reason to suspect that the points system is being misused.
EXCLUSIONS TO EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS (including Bonus Points Offers)
Treatwell Reward members will be able to redeem Points on bookings with participating venues where Treatwell (or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, ""Treatwell"") operate. Points can not be earned on purchases of a Treatwell Gift Card or purchases made with a credit voucher. Points will be calculated on the remaining balance (if any) - If a customer used a £30 credit voucher on a £80 booking, only the remaining £50 of the order will be available for points redemptions. Similarly if a promotional offer is used (such as a percentage off promotional code), Points will not be earned for the ‘discounted’ proportion of the booking.
REDEEMING POINTS FOR REWARDS
Members may redeem Treatwell Rewards Points at any time during the calendar year, provided that they have a Rewards Points balance that qualifies for a Reward notified on our Treatwell App or Treatwell Website. Treatwell Rewards offers different Rewards values dependent on the milestones met. Note that the Rewards available and Point redemption milestones may vary geographically and Treatwell may adjust the items included in each milestone at any time at its sole discretion.
Any Rewards Points below a Points Milestone will not be available for redemption and will remain in the Member’s point balance until the relevant Points Milestone is achieved, or the Rewards Points expire.
There is no upper limit on the number of Points that you can redeem. However, Points can only be redeemed for Rewards in milestones we communicate through the Treatwell App or Treatwell website or through any offers.
POINTS REDEMPTION INFORMATION AND EXCLUSIONS
Points may be redeemed via the Treatwell App (only) and be spent during a purchase on the Treatwell App (only), valid only at Treatwell partner venues that have online payment enabled on the Treatwell Marketplace.

DATA PROTECTION
If you choose to participate in the Scheme, Treatwell will ask you to submit your: full name, email address, phone number and postal address. The personal information will be collected, processed and can be used by Treatwell as data controller in accordance with Treatwell’s Privacy & Cookie Policies. All participants in the Scheme have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them. The Referrer or Referees may exercise this right by writing to the e-mail address set out at the top of these Terms and Conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Treatwell cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of points due to technical problems or network difficulties. By participating in the Scheme, you agree that you participate at your own risk. Except that Treatwell does not exclude or limit its liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded, Treatwell accepts no liability in relation to an individual’s participation (or inability to participate) in the Scheme to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other type of damages related to or arising from the Scheme or your participation in the Scheme.
SEVERANCE
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected and remain in force.
GOVERNING LAW
The Scheme and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of the relevant Treatwell company. You and we each agree that the courts of that country will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from, or related to, the Scheme or these Terms and Conditions.
