I say this with all wish for improvement only, I had booked for 12:20 but only got started by 12:50 and by a different barber (Kennedy, who was really nice and did a great service btw). They were all very nice but if you have a booking system they should make all the effort to follow (in my case I was time constrained as I had to get back to work by 1pm). Apart from that it was all good, I was happy with the service and the end result.
