Very disappointing experience. I booked two facials, and while the first was okay, the second—an IPL and mesotherapy—felt rushed and incomplete compared to my previous visit. What should’ve been 2 hours 20 minutes ended up lasting only 1 hour 40. Reception dismissed my concerns when I raised this, and brushed me off. It was clear from my skin that the treatment wasn't done properly. It's unfortunate as my other 2 experiences here were very good, but this visit was a real letdown.
