I went for a waxing and I was left extremely sore. After a few hours my skin had still not calmed down and was swollen. There was still wax on my skin leaving. I've had dozens of waxings in my life and have never experienced anything like this.

While I was waiting staff and customers were discussing … but in a way too familiar way. Not very nice to hear. And the staff that I have dealt with was very nice but not really knowing how to actually epilate. A little torture.
