In general very good. I had appointment for 12 and on my lunch hour. Didn't get seen until 12.25 and just finish at 1 which made me a little late going back to work. Also found them to be just a little more expensive than other salons in area but they have a loyalty card scheme. Will go back again but just for the convenience of it been closest work.

Nice nails this is my third refil and none of my nails have felt weak or broke good chrome finish but my biab refill was a little thick in places this time.
