I was looking forward to having my brows done, getting tired of shaping them everyday when leaving the house. well I didn't get rid of that because they look so awful I almost cried. I didn't say anything because it's not quite polite to offend someone's work but I specifically asked for thick and now my eyebrows are thin and more uneven than before. the appointment was supposed to last for 30 min. and it lasted around 15-17min. I thought she is going to do a good job based o the reviews I have read but I am completely dissatisfied. I grew my eyebrows for 2 months to have them properly done and I can start from 0. the description on Treadwell guaranteed a consultation beforehand to discuss the shape which didn't take place. I was asked if I want hd brows or just threading even if this was already chosen in the appointment. she was really nice but it's not fair for customers to suffer.
