I am always greeted by name, my hair colour record chart is always checked, and I am always asked consulted as to whether I want to it changed or not, also the Staff always listen when I describe how I want it dried and there is always a lovely cup of tea or two during my visit. An enjoyable visit every time.

The salon is bright and airy. I'm delighted with the colour and cut I get at this salon.

Would be great from staff to be more welcome when customer get in salon. Like saying hello, how can I help you etc..most of time when the Owner is not there they don't even say hello to customer so customer service should be improved.

I’ve been going to Aleksa for over a year now. Great service, Aleksa is a perfectionist, always very happy whether it’s nails, eyelashes, eyebrows, hair, always perfect. Very obliging with appointments to suit after work, has facilitated me even after hours. Great salon, highly recommend
