I received very professional attention. I was informed of the procedure to prepare for my visit to ensure best results. I was told about the treatment before I received it. I also received excellent post treatment advice. All of this information was sent to me so I could re-read it which was much better than relying on my memory following verbal advices. I liked that I was provided with helpful directions for my first visit and also that I was seen promptly after I attended for my appointment.
