I am their regular customer and I always leave the salon happy with the results. I love the atmosphere and the staff. The girls are always so helpful with their valuable advice.

The staff don't speak English well, so when I asked for highlights, I ended up getting copper red all-over colour. Then, when I asked it to be fixed, the hairstylist argued with me, and yelled "WHAT'S THE POINT?!". Then, as I went to pay by credit card, the stylist told me the machine is broken and directed me to the ATM across the street. I don't think the machine is broken, but I think this is the lie they tell so they can keep taking cash and not fully declaring. I would not go back, I felt very unwelcome and unhappy there, and have never cried at a hair salon until I went here. I now have to go to another salon to get my hair fixed, so obviously this isn't good value. Find somewhere else to go if you can.

I had a colouring with haircut and overall I'm happy with it. Will be coming back
