The towels being used were visibly dirty, I asked for the wax and spatula to be changed as I saw it was full of someone else’s hair, but they only changed the spatula... very poor higiene standards and my skin also got very irritated after the waxing (which never happened before and I’ve been getting waxed for 9 years).
