I booked and prepaid for a colour refresh and blow dry (€45). Towards the end of my service, the hair colourist told me that I actually received a different more expensive treatment (a tint) and informed me of the “price difference” and that a tint costs “around €94.” I said I did not know the difference and I politely declined to pay. Although she then said it was her mistake, she then again asked if I would pay for the tint with a 20 percent discount - basically asking me to hand over another €49 - €31. I politely declined again, as it was their mistake - they’re the professionals, it’s up to them to give the customer the service they booked and paid for in advance. It was a good service, but that situation was handled very poorly on their end and I left feeling very awkward and disrespected.

Haircuts are always fab.
Had one hair blow dry, unfortunately didn’t go do well. But that was a once off and it wouldn’t put me off getting one again
Love the ambience, staff are really lovely. Haircuts always fab.

Going to Aviary Lane reminded me why having a professional do your hair is such a treat. Chrissy was knowledgeable and sound, and I went in with very few ideas about what I wanted done so her guidance was invaluable and I was delighted with the results.
