Slight problem with booking, they had no record of my booking. They could accommodate me none the less. The member of staff was either not experienced or interested.

Everything was amazing. Except the couples massage wasn't in the same room and we didn't receive the full hour that we paid for. But the atmosphere and staff are really lovely and professional.

Massage and staff were lovely however there was another customer in the waiting area on a phone call for my whole 30 minutes and it was quite offputting, maybe the venue could have a no phone sign. Just that one issue, everything else was perfect 😊
