My appointment was last minute and the first time here. I was welcomed and made feel very comfortable and the waxing was great. Chloe was very friendly + professional.

1hr massage started at 2.05 and finished at 2.45!! Then I was asked to pay €3 for PPE... I brought my own mask, so why am I paying €3?? To subsidize theirs? I've paid for my own PPE, why should I pay for theirs too? The massage itself, although 20 mins shorter than what I booked, was great, but the €3 charge was cheeky in my opinion so I didn't tip and won't be booking again.
