My appointment was doubled book with the nail artist I chose, when they rang I was asked to come an hour earlier thinking it was the nail artist I chose. I agreed to come an hour early to then receive an email booked in with a trainee. This is the second time this has happened before I've ever attended the salon. Quite unprofessional booking in for a specific nail artist to be given someone different twice
