Great therapist, really matched the facial to my needs

Got a great haircut but the staff were ignorant and should not be working in a customer related industry. I booked the salon as it had a relatively good score on treatwell. The lady that was cutting my hair seemed nice at first but as the haircut went on this started to change. The lady that ran the dermalogical side of the salon was horrible. She started touching my face whilst I was getting my hair cut? They insulted my skin asking what disease I had? I left feeling horrible, outraged and embarrassed. I went for a haircut not a roast on how bad my skin was, not to mention for my profession to be insulted. I have never been to a salon and left humiliated until I visited this one.

It's not for the men. I understand that staff had no idea about men's hairdressing. I am totally disjointed.
She was doing something different on my head. Now am to much worried about my hair.

Eleanor cut my hair, really nice lady. Felt so relaxed and she gave my some really good advise about taking care of my hair, what treatment would be good for me. She is very experienced and I would definetly go back to her. The salon itself is so nice and really relaxing too. It was a real treat for me. Thank u Eleana!
