I arrived and was waiting in the bench in the manicure area for Fatima to arrive, then another customer arrived and simply took off her mask. During my appointment (50 min), this woman was sitting up there without a mask and this made me feel very unsafe. I found it extremely disrespectful. She did not look friendly at all, and I was afraid of asking her to put the mask on. The owner and any staff should have asked her to wear a mask in respect to other people! Not coming back because of that!
