I wouldn’t usually leave reviews but I feel obliged to do so after this to prevent future customers having the same experience that I did. Staff were friendly and the treatment was reasonable. However it just went from bad to worse when I arrived. I was brought into the waxing room and was asked to remove my clothing while the beautician was still in the room. I was given no towel, no privacy at all. I had to ask her to put down paper towel on the bed - as there was none on it - and it looked greasy from waxing oil. The wax itself was fine until she was waxing my legs and switched from hot wax to rollers - the roller wasn’t melting the wax so she ended up dragging the wax quite roughly on my legs really hurting my skin. Half way through I looked up and saw a CCTV camera pointing at the bed where I was getting waxed - I don’t know if it was recording - it probably wasn’t but it still made me feel very unsafe. Last but not least near the end - while I still was completely exposed a man (someone working in the salon) opened the door and walked right in. The beautician stopped him and apologized of course but it made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable.
