Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation or reschedule, Blend must be communicated at least 24h before, if not, 50% of the service will be charged, if its the first time, or 100% for next time and prepaid services. A 15 minutes delay will be tolerated, and more than 15minutes delay will be charged extra.
