I'm going to this salon for 3 or 4 years now. Never had amy problems but today I had the appointment at 10.30 and Michelle took someone else who had her nails done to do her waxing so I was in there waiting for 10 minutes and she was still inside with the other lady. At 10.20 she saw me coming in but she took the other woman. At 10.40 i left
