It was a stressful time of year but the girl washing my 13year old hair hurt her then she felt weak and the managed presumed she was sick and was so rude then thinking that my child who was so embarrassed for feeling weak then someone tried to help her do it quickly to get her out and burned her head then i had to pay 50e even though shes 13 just wasnt a nice experience but i understand it was a busy time
