Fernanda the nail manicure who did my nails was very friendly and she heard what I wanted do to on my nails as well as stayed a bit longer in order to finish the design that I was looking for on my nails, even though she did not need to take longer, she put the customer's will first to make me feel comfortable and happy.

They called 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel. I’m still waiting on my €50 refund which I have no idea when I will receive it. Never even got any email communication to confirm my refund will be processed, ridiculous
