Booking was complicated but salon reserved treatments as required. I paid for treatments on booking. I was making the booking for my sister and niece on a trip to dublin to go wedding dress shopping. On the day, my sister was asked to pay. Just by chance my sister told me she had been asked to pay. She questioned it as I had said it was paid for but she was told no that was only a booking hold. My account showed full payment. Resolved on call back but really disappointed it happened
