The staff were great and extremely friendly. But I booked for a spa pedicure and sat on a chair in a freezing cold space that I couldn't take off my jacket and had to ask to wrap my foot that wasn't been worked on as it was so cold. I definitely wouldn't have considered it a spa pedicure. The therapist was great but setting and cold just ruined it. It wasn't a wasn't a great experience for me but I appreiate everyone is so busy now and just getting used to being back up and running
