Quick and effective. I would like to have the option to put my bag so it doesn't catch all the hair. Other than that no complaints, good service.

Everyone was super nice when I arrived and welcoming. The person who did my nails didn’t have great English (which normally isn’t a problem). But it took 40 minutes just to remove to previous shellac manicure and then despite having prepaid for shellac the beautician began using normal polish. When asked about it she did change but the entire process had taken so long i had to request a solid color instead of French like I’d paid for. Whole mani took 1h20.

Great as usual. The girls were so nice , corona procedures followed and i feel like a newborn after my pedicure. Will be back

Fernanda was so sweet and concentrated on her work. Was disappointing to see staff walking around with out a mask on/staff being worn around neck.. Was waiting for 10 minutes before even being welcomed as no one was at the front door/desk but didn't take away too much from the overall experience
