Poor experience. Very cramped space. Disheveled and not comfortable. Showed pic of the type of curls wanted and ended up with very different curls. Hairspray was v sticky so ended up having to brush out knots by the time I got home and having to restyle myself. Not sure how experienced stylist was. Talked to a colleague in another language for the whole appointment. Didn’t feel that he was concentrating on my hair. Wouldn’t return.

I was taken 30 minutes late with no explanation or real apology, the woman doing my tan was rude and unhelpful, she seemed to be in a rush and was trying to get through my tan as fast as she could, as if I was a hindrance to her day. My tan was uneven with big streak lines on my hands. The room was very dirty with mess and tissue roll everywhere. Overall it was a terrible experience and I definitely wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
