After having a disaster treatment at another salon, Suzanna was my hair angel and did her very best to cover the dodgy lowlights and even out the cut for me. The salon was very busy and the status were so nice. I will definitely be going back to Blow again!

Turned up to appointment, was not treatment I expected. Luckily they could accommodate me in another salon.

Booked via Treatwell, phoned salon to request Radek for cut, was told couldn't be guaranteed because booking was made with Treatwell. Arrived and Radek had gone home ill 2 hours earlier. No phone call received. Got different stylist and cut was nowhere near as good as Radek's. Towels smelt dirty, not fresh. Am very disappointed that it's not possible to book preferred stylist with Treatwell.
