The salon is great, staff very friendly, and stylists efficient - my blow drys are always lovely. However there was an issue with the hot water this morning and I got a scalding on one side of my head. It’s still a bit tender. The manager was great and reacted immediately and professionally. Because of that, I’m not sure I’ll be going back which is a shame as it’s handy for work.
