Booked an appointment and paid in advance via Treatwell for an appointment the following morning. 20 minutes before I was due to attend the appointment I received a phone call to say the appointment was not available. I was informed the salon system is not in sync with the treatwell system. I was offered an appointment later in the morning which didn’t suit. Very disappointing considering I was on the way to the salon. Informed I had to wait for a manager to call me later in the day to arrange a refund.
