Had gold fever extensions in when getting my Blowdry. Stylist kept tugging and pulling at them which really hurt. Asked stylist to please be gentle with extensions to which she sneered that they were ‘on their last legs anyway’ (they weren’t I’d only had them for 2 months). Brought over another stylist to help, both kept talking to each other without acknowledging me, blow dryer was far to hot. Manager then tried to charge me €15 extra for having such long hair even though I had already called to say I had extensions and told I wouldn’t have to pay extra. Cold salon and staff seemed to bitch about work experience students throughout my time there.

Very good wash but took a lot of my make-up off. Excellent blowdry. Very happy with result
