Had a wash and blow-dry with Ella. She gave a very thorough wash, could have used a bit more strength but she covered all the head {unlike some } and she didn't take off my make-up in the process. The blow-dry was very good {top of head could have been a bit better but she didn't know my hair}. All in all very good.
