The make up was okay. Got just eyes for 25 and then lashes were 15, would of liked a choice with the lashes, but he just put them on. The liquid eyeliner went in my tear duct and then my eyes kept watering so my eyeshadow was a bit ruined not long after I got it done. The MUA was nice.

I think because I booked the evening before that they didn’t know I was coming . Seemed a bit disorganised.
The beautician was 10mins late which happens - but she didn’t say hello, introduce herself or check what I wanted done. Would have benefited from a little interaction. Another lady came in 5 mins after we’d started and said I should be getting a wax, had to reassure them that no I’d booked a threading. When I went to leave I was asked to pay so had to remind them I’d already paid on app
