My first visit to this salon. I had to wait 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment which was a little frustrating, but I did get a phonecall beforehand that it would be at least 25 mins. In terms of ambience there was a strong smell of urine or something else sour in the basement/treatment rooms. My eyebrows are darker but I feel the shape is exactly the same as when I walked in. On the plus side the staff is really genuinely friendly!
