Colour on root was wrong, was told it was just the lighting in the salon so I waited till I was home to have a better look, but it was about 2 shades lighter than the rest of my hair. They were very nice about it when I called and I was able to go back in and have it fixed

the girl was late which didnt matter that much because she is really lovely. All in all the eyeshadow wasnt that even and I expected a bit more.
