The facial was advertised as a dermologica facial but they used seavitae products instead without telling me; it was also supposed to be 30 minutes but beautician was misinformed and wrapped it up after 15, before I showed her the booking was for 30...so she continued for another 15 minutes. Was supposed to get a refund/voucher but that never happened.
