Booked an early morning appointment with Blow last minute. Booked first thing to ensure I got to work on time. There was no waiting around when I arrived, I was seen to straight away, received a fantastic blow dry and was made work on tome.

I had a very busy day. Got a taxi to the salon because I didn't want to be late. When I arrived, I was asked to wait for an hour or come back another day because they couldn't fit me in. Didn't like the attitude of the therapist nor the receptionist. What a waste of time and I was charged online pretreatment.

Until now, I was very satisfied. I did Shellac with the removal of the old one, without a manicure. I'm going there for my Shellac every 3 weeks. Last time I have paid 20 euros for the same treatment because it was Tuesday and I have received 5 euros from Treatwell for my review. Yesterday they have asked my 5 euros more, and I really don't know why! It was very disappointing!!! I have tried to explain that I had the bonus from the app but without result!
