The salon sure doesn't look like the pics, it's pretty basic. I had one of those experiences where you spend most of the time being told how bad the condition of your hair is - it's so negative and makes the session uncomfortable. The stylist was somewhat heavy handed too, brushing aggressively, pulling out highlight packets roughly with no water flowing etc. And that was when she wasn't stopping to answer her mobile phone. My colour is fine - it's not amazing. I probably won't go back. I thought the experience of going to a salon in a five star hotel would be quite nice, but the walk through the hotel is the only five star part. Pretty disappointing overall.

Went here on a Tuesday with friends to have our hair and make up done. Blow dry was €20 on Monday and Tuesday so we booked this. On paying for our treatments we were told that it was €35 for the blow dry because that salon can not do offers even though it was advertised on this app. Very disappointed that they didn't apply that deal. Also one of my friends had to ask for mascara to be applied because they forgot! And they didn't listen to what we said we wanted regards our makeup. Won't be returning and won't be recommending this salon. Expected more in such an upmarket hotel.
