Cancelled on me twice before having my appointment (once whilst I was already at the venue), for which I had to wait 45 mins in the lobby for while she was finishing with another client. The treatment itself was not great, drugstore products were used and blackhead extraction wasn’t effective. Gessy seemed nice but overall experience was not good unfortunately
