First time going to this salon for me - Ju was just so lovely! Her enthusiasm and lovely chats helped me forget about the pain of waxing, she was also extremely thorough. I will definitely be going back here next time :) Thanks Ju and can't wait to try the pastel de nata!

Very rushed service, as quick as they can get you done the better, I left with little patches of hair they did not wax and lots of bumps and had soreness for days .. also do not do any prep or after care when before waxing and after I was left with lots of wax residue, not very cleanly either, would not recommend

I just wanted to express how satisfied I’m with the service. It’s my second experience and both of them were very pleasant. I also want to add how I loved Natalia’s customer service. She is super nice and friendly and it makes the experience even less painful. I 100% recommend Ju Brazilian Wax.
