I’ve been waxed by both lady’s, one more gentle than the other. I got a Hollywood wax and as a regular it was the worst wax I’ve ever gotten! The pain afterwards was indescribable and it had never happened before, the hair wasn’t even fully removed seemed like she had somewhere else to be. Disappointing as I usually have a good experience
