I've been going to Butcher Otoko for 6 months or so, and really enjoy it. My barber returned to France recently and I had a not great cut from a new team member. Yang was super helpful lining me up with one of the more experienced team members (Alex) and she was super patient and attentive and did a great job. Credit to Yang for the terrific customer service, and to Alex for a great job!
