I was charged twice once online and 2nd time on the spot after the haircut.. so they offered me to pass it on to the next months appointment to which I agreed. After the next points appointment I was trying to explain the man Yang that I have already paid to which he said ok than he asks me if I want to book another appointment and says that I need to put down a deposited of 10 euro .. when I checked my account later on I saw I got charged for a full haircut ... Hope it was a language barrier

Great experience. Appreciated the chance to consult what kind of cut would be best for my hair type. Everyone very friendly, the coffee is good, and a great haircut. They have a new regular now.
