The booking was prepaid online so the appointment was free flowing. The receptionist was nice and friendly. The wash was relaxing. The stylist, Ivana was professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled in her craft. I arrived with a bird’s nest of hair and left looking confident & feeling refreshed from the experience. Everyone was kind and it made the visit memorable. Booked and will visit again because of the above.

I've been going to Butcher Otoko for 6 months or so, and really enjoy it. My barber returned to France recently and I had a not great cut from a new team member. Yang was super helpful lining me up with one of the more experienced team members (Alex) and she was super patient and attentive and did a great job. Credit to Yang for the terrific customer service, and to Alex for a great job!
