The staff and venue were absolutely amazing, it was clean, warm, comfortable and nicely organized. The staff were very friendly and personable and took me only s few minutes past my appointment. The treatment itself however was lacking. It was meant to be a gel manicure, but it was a gel removal and shabby reapplication with nothing done on the cuticles, and poor round shaping. I’m very disappointed and the polish itself doesn’t even reach to the edges of the nail with noticeable gaps.
