So overall the girls who work there are lovely but just lack customer service experience! There was no one at the reception when I came in and it took a while to be acknowledged by anyone, a simple hello would have gone a long way! The lady who owns the place is very nice and gave a great manicure, she was absolutely run off her feet and seemed to be the only one who knew anything. It would be great if she could get the other girls up to scratch in terms of customer experience and then she could relax a bit! Overall it was a job well done and I will definitely be back to support this locally owned business in Balbriggan. The online booking service is great!
