I booked in for hard gel nails and tan. I wasn't impressed with the owner's welcome which made me feel like a school girl in assembly. Whilst the two younger ladies are really nice and pleasant, Christine failed all sorts of customer service. I went in for my spray tan with Keri and all went as expected no surprise there. That finished, in I went for nails. I must say I have my nails and other things done quite frequently and the atmosphere in a nail bar is a different one.There was no talk,no communication and I can't really put it in words,it wasn't horrible but something was missing. I asked for some information on future treatments and the girl said I'd have to ask Christine as she's the one doing it. I just felt there was no team. To cut a long story short, I booked hard gel nails and tan and I got out with acrylic over tips and a tan that leaked alot in the shower the next day but looks really nice now. Nails won't hold longer than a week as while they look lovely, they're as thin as the sticky on ones you find in supermarkets. Not a great experience but not the worst I've had.Place looks nice, nail stations could do with a bit of a clean and they have to find that something that makes them special, they're not there just yet.

Lovely girl who done my lashes and loved my nails but was very disappointed with the lashes looked like they were 2 weeks into a set.
