The place smells of urine!! So bad. Nobody spoke to me upon arrival- I was ushered to the basin. Wasn’t offered tea, coffee, water or a magazine for the entire time I was there. The blow dry cost more than it was advertised on Treatwell, so I had to go to Tesco to get cash back and leave my phone with them as proof that I would come back. A really inconvenient experience. That smell though!!
