Great experience. Came here for a leg wax, therapist did an excellent job and was friendly and welcoming. Will def be back.

So arrived at 5:20pm for my appointment which was booked for 5:40pm, there was no wait, nobody ahead of me or anything still they made me wait till 6pm. When she did the threading she didn't even ask what I wanted (I have never been there before, won't be going again for sure), messed up one of my eyebrow and when I told her this she blamed me saying I have no hair there (IT WAS YOUR JOB TO SEE THAT BEFORE AND PLAN IT). I normally sneeze and my pain threshold for this is a bit low in general but this lady was not considerate at all, when I was wiping my eyes she literally pushed my head down to finish of her work, NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. Also they charge more money on treat well then what's on there website so took extra money of me saying that.

Perfect experience! Friendly staff from start to finish. The stylist really listened to me, the cut was great, lovely blow dry too. Will definitely go back!
