Found this very friendly salon on Google yesterday and booked in to get an eye trio done (eyebrow and lash tint, and eyebrow thread). Agha (yuikes, so sorry, not sure how to spell) was meticulous with my eyebrows and did a fab job - even better than when I got HD brows done somewhere else!! Great value too! Defo recommend her and will be back myself.

I have visited the Charming Hair Beauty salon a few times already. I keep going back because of the amazing haircuts I get every time, the friendly and helpful personnel and the great prices. I have already recommended this place to a friend and she has been very satisfied too.

Worst experience ever!!! I've had an appointment for 5.15pm last friday for a blow dry. On arrival receptionist told me that i'll have to wait a bit because all the hairdressers are very busy. After 10min the same receptionist came to me with one of the haidressers and told that one of the staff members "just walked away half an hour ago" and asked me if i could wait to 5.45pm because there are another 2 women waiting in front of me!!! They were apologising and kept saying that it's not their fault and one of them recommended to try few hair salons nearby :)
I fully understand their situation but big question to receptionest why she couldn't ring me before the arrival? They all knew that there is a minimum of half an hour delay but didn't bothered to ring informing about the situation.
