The salon didn’t have anyone there that was trained to do the treatment. They didn’t call or email to let me know this, so I spent time and money getting there, only to be turned away. The girl on the desk refunded my money, and then the salon reversed the refund a few days later. I had a phone call from the salon manager, who had very little customer service skills, bluntly telling me to sort it out with Treatwell.

Skin feels great after my facial, the girl was just so lovely, had the best time chatting away to her and my skin feels and looks so much fresher, will definitely be back.
