The staff at Chiffon were not polite. First, they called me to reschedule my appointment even though I booked for a specific time online. I was flexible and came 30 minutes earlier than the appointment I originally booked, but the staff seemed put off that I came in at the time we established over the phone. The actual set-up was not clean. There were no towels put down; just a hole in the table that looked super dirty - like a filter that had never been cleaned. The acrylics that were put on my nails do not fit - my real nail is poking out the side of every nail, and the design was nothing like I had asked for. All in all, I would not recommend any of my friends go to this salon.
